Removes the rendermanager and framewrapper objects along with any
QQuickPaintedItem-based QML render widget classes. This simplifies
the video widget stack implementation.
The new mechanism uses the VideoOutput component of QtMultimedia.
By accessing the VideoOutput's QVideoSink object, we update the
mapped buffer data of a sink's QVideoFrame when new frames are
published. Updates to frames and component sink subscriptions are
managed by a new class called VideoProvider.

If we start a file/screen sharing from a call with closed camera,
once we stop the sharing, the camera should not open.

Using a custom getter setter cause the setting of the value to
require manual changed signal emission and in addition to being
error prone, this prevents the changed signal from being emitted
upon initial selection. Some excess workaround code may be removed
in following commits.
This patch also refactors the banned contact signaling as part of
an accountadapter connection cleanup.

This should fix a race condition preventing the right conversation
from being selected after an outgoing interaction and, more rarely,
accepting an invitation.
