# hostname

> Show or set the system's host name

- Show current host name

`hostname`

- Show the network address of the host name

`hostname -i`

- Show all network addresses of the host

`hostname -I`

- Show the FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name)

`hostname --fqdn`
