- Generate Portable Object files in system locale from `messages.pot`:

`msginit`

- Define locale to generate from a specific template:

`msginit {{[-l|--locale]}} {{locale}} {{[-i|--input]}} {{path/to/messages.pot}}`

- Display help:

`msginit {{[-h|--help]}}`
