- Add a new version for a non-maintainer upload to the changelog:

`debchange {{[-n|--nmu]}}`

- Add a changelog entry to the current version:

`debchange {{[-a|--append]}}`

- Add a changelog entry to close the bug with specified ID:

`debchange --closes {{bug_id}}`
