## Removed plug-ins and features
Various plug-ins and features are no longer part of the CDT release.

Bug 580873: Remove error checking on dprintf parameters The parser for dprintf parameters was much too simplistic and prevents real uses cases from operating. It is not necessary to remove the , between the arguments to dprintf, so don't try to split on that anymore. That also means we can't check for and error on mismatch between format specifiers and number of arguments. e.g. "===> XML_EVENT_TEXT(%s)\n", (char *)strtok(Text,"\n") should be permitted. The alternative would be to write a more complete parser for both the printf specification and the arguments. Well out of scope and unnecessary. Some inputs may now be accepted by the GUI and then when inserted with GDB fail. These errors are displayed in the GUI already anyway.

## C/C++ Dynamic Printf Breakpoints
Prior to CDT 11 the Dynamic Printf GUI was somewhat over restrictive rejecting formats and parameters that would have been valid for dprintf in the GDB CLI.
To achieve this improvement the checks that verified that the number of format specifiers matched the number of parameters has been removed.
The check that the required the format string to not end with a `)` has been removed as valid format parameters can have a closing paranthesis.
Instead of doing that check, the GUI now displays a `)` to make it obvious to users that the closing `)` should not be included in the setting.

Migrate API changelog from HTML into Markdown Managing the API changelog in HTML has been rather burdensome, getting the formatting correct and doing things like having numbered lists added unneeded burden to the process. This change moves all the old content to markdown and places it prominently next to the other NewAndNoteworthy content. Also included here is some fine tuning to the related documentation about API. Part of #32

## New Job Family for background build settings update
Provide a way to wait on background build settings update job Part of #117

When the project is modified the managed build settings needs to update settings.
While much of this update happens synchronously to the `IResourceChangeListener` calls, the final update is done with a job.
If an update needs to be tracked for completion, after making an update the `IJobManager` can be queried using this family.
e.g. a join on the job being completed:
```java
Job.getJobManager().join(ManagedBuilderCorePlugin.BUILD_SETTING_UPDATE_JOB_FAMILY, null);
```
This new job family was added to improve stability of tests to ensure background operations are complete.
It may have other uses to other API consumers as well and is therefore included here.

This should allow ISV's to create MBS based project with a vendor-specific build-system ID without using internal API.
Cleaning project fails once the binary is expanded in project explorer on Windows Steps: ====== 1. Create a managed project and build it 2. Expand the built binary available in binary container in project explorer view 3. Now clean the project, clean will fail irrespective of number of tries you do Reason: ======= For finding the sources for binary, Elf instance is created and Section.mapSectionData creates MappedByteBuffer of channel which locks the file on Windows until its garbage collected, see following https://bugs.java.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4715154 Solution: ========= Made ISymbolReader AutoCloseable and user is responsible to properly close it. In case of dwarf reader, we remove all the references of ByteBuffer and call gc.

## Binary Parser code uses AutoCloseable
The binary parser classes which open binary files now implement AutoCloseable so they can (and should) be used in a try-with-resources block.
