Bug 515383: Missing standard headers in file associations

Browse source 
The following standard headers were missing from the file associations:

  - cuchar
  - cstdalign
  - scoped_allocator
  - shared_mutex

Additionally, cinttypes is no longer (since C++11) a GCC extension
