18bbc00489 Refurbished change generator tests: 
- Moved tests from separate files to categorized files.
- Introduced node factory in base class.
- Removed use of specific classes, replaced with interaces.
- Moved some tests to apropriate suites.

3a81f65932 Bug 437392 - Added the Launch Targets View. 
This view lists all launch targets that could appear in the Target
selector. It allows us to add context menus to them to perform
operations, such as opening a terminal view to the target. It will
also gives us a cleaner UI to add and remove targets

ec2fe61a04 Bug 441859 - [ASTRewrite] Replacing Replaced Node Throws IllegalArgEx 
Changed ASTRewrite to also accept the root node as valid target for
replacement. Added a test to show the resulting modification store setup
works as expected.

e87bfd839e Fix build. 
4.4milestones repo is gone now and in order to use final 4.4 Tycho 0.20
is needed.
Also ignore target/ dirs to get sane output of git status.

ebb9bced0d Bug 440422 - Completion in Using Declarations 
Fix for content assist in the context of using declarations:
- No parameter hint for using declaration (template and function)
- No trailing semicolon if one is already present
- Parameter hint for invocation in template arguments
- Space after comma in function suggestions

Some refactoring to content assist test infrastructure.
