a0dab58c44 Force J2SE-1.4 compatibility on all plugins by 
- adding .settings/org.eclipse.jdt.core.prefs
- adding .classpath/JRE_LAUNCHING_CONTAINER
- adding MANIFEST.MF/Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment
