The root files in GitHub are a bit more prominent, so keep
that area clean and move this special ini to a subdir.

The CDT Cleanup profile had a bunch of extra cleanups applied to it, this
prevents running the CDT cleanup profile manually to simulate running the
save actions on all Java files

Extract CQuery protocol extension to its package and declare it as a
LanguageProtocolExtension component.
Remove custom "clientImpl" from LSP extension point, as we can use
standard one.
Declare DelegatingLauncherBuilder to collect and register language
extensions for the preferred language server.
