The previous alignment of all the warnings/ignores
led to too many warnings that weren't there before. This
commit relaxes them a bit.
The core/org.eclipse.cdt.core/.settings/org.eclipse.jdt.core.prefs
is still the "master" copy, with
releng/scripts/check_code_cleanliness.sh containing the
exceptions that apply to test plug-ins.

This was done by selecting all projects in Eclipse then
Source -> Clean Up... -> choosing:
- Add missing Annotations - and selecting all three types:
- @Override
- @Override on interface methods
- @Deprecated
and completing the wizard

Fixed by getting rid of legacy code for opening a master pty, and
copying the related code from org.eclipse.cdt.core.linux instead.
Only getpt() had to be replaced by posix_openpt(). Compiled on
OSX 10.12 - tested on MacOSX 10.8 and 10.13 beta 7 (64-bit each).

Fixed by copying code from org.eclipse.cdt.core.linux that
contains the fix from bug 119387 : set the process group by
calling setpgid() when forking a process, and use killpg() for
killing the entire process group on termination.
This also aligns MacOS code fully with Linux code. Tested on
MacOSX 10.8 and 10.13 beta. Binaries will be submitted with the
related fix for bug 519886.

ChangeLog is an archaic format for identifying what has changed in a
project. Fortunately more powerful version control systems are capable
of generating this information and displaying information such as this
paragraph in order to determine what has changed in a project and when.

There are a number of requests to support serial port independent of
CDT and independent of Eclipse. Putting the serial port into it's
own plug-in so it's jar can be loaded into pure Java apps.

Requires a couple of changes in the autotools plug-ins. Change the
4.5 target to refer to the remote 2.0 build and update the pom to
use the 4.5 target.
Also fixes autotools test so they run on the Mac.

Java classes are defined and a pretty simple native library for
Mac is there. Tested with Arduino so I know reading works. This
implementation should work for Linux as well. Windows is going to
be the hard one.
Not checking in the binaries yet until I get more testing with them.
Also remove ppc native libraries for Mac since that hasn't been
supported in a long time.

Native more accurately reflects what we've put there. They're native
utilities that can be reused by other Eclipse bundles to access
native services.
Also fixed up the cdt 4.4 target which had fixed version numbers for
some of the dependencies and used RSE out of the Luna repo instead
of their latest milestones.

This commit creates a new feature "org.eclipse.cdt.spawner"
which is included by the cdt.platform feature and only holds the
CDT native code fragments along with a new bundle named
"org.eclipse.cdt.core.spawner" as their new fragment host.
This new feature and bundle provide access to the CDT PTY, Spawner,
Windows Registry Accesss and Tasklist capabilities without having to
depend on the full cdt.core bundle.
Nothing changes for existing consumers of the cdt.platform feature, or
cdt.sdk feature (the new feature and bundle are installed and pulled
in automatically). Consumers who only installed the org.eclipse.cdt
bundle in the past will now also need the new spawner bundle.
